Mr. Hastings earned his Master of Science in Criminal Justice from Texas A&M in 2020 and his MLS from ASU's Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law in 2023.
Our managing Legal Paraprofessional, Jack Hastings, MS, MLS, LP brings a plethora of hands-on litigation experience. Since the summer of 1994, he has successfully handled many lawsuits, including well over 100 cases in Arizona’s limited jurisdiction courts*. His record even includes obtaining judgments against attorneys that held very impressive credentials, such as a graduate of Harvard Law School and others.
Mr. Hastings is widely regarded as a fearless and strategic advocate—colleagues often say, “He’s afraid of no one.”
Although Arizona’s Legal Paraprofessional (“LP”) license is relatively new, Mr. Hastings’ decades of personal experience and proven results make him a powerful representative in limited jurisdiction matters.

*Mr. Jack Hastings also was a Plaintiff in an extremely severe personal injury case in a Superior Court in 1994, where he was deposed by a significant number of Insurance attorneys.
